The Big Sleep

The Big Sleep - Raymond Chandler Easy to realise why this is a classic. The narrator has a very butch, cynical tone but not too chauvinist to annoy. Made me smile a couple of times. The story is quite complicated but naturally so and there no illogical jumps or people acting out of character.
A fun read, pleasantly dated even it’s not my usual style.
